Introduction

These terms and conditions (“Terms”) apply to The Pattern Break, Episode 1: Why B2B buyers are ghosting you (and what’s working instead) webinar giveaway (“Offer”), organized by Reachdesk Ltd (“Reachdesk”). Participants agree to be bound by these Terms by participating in the Offer.

Terms and Conditions

  1. Eligibility

   1.1 This Offer is only available to individuals (“Participants”):

  1. Register for The Pattern Break, Episode 1: Why B2B buyers are ghosting you (and what’s working instead) webinar taking place on May 14, 2026 at 11:00 AM EDT / 4:00 PM BST,
  2. Attend the webinar,
  3. Remain in attendance until the conclusion of the webinar,
  4. Answer all poll questions presented during the webinar,
  5. Actively participate in the webinar Q&A chat, and
  6. Are located in a jurisdiction where participation in such promotions is permitted by applicable law.

2.1 The Offer consists of one (1) Airbnb voucher with an approximate value of $100 USD (the “Gift”).

2.2 Only one (1) Participant will be selected to receive the Gift.

2.3 The winner will be selected at Reachdesk’s discretion from Participants who satisfy all eligibility requirements outlined in Clause 1.

2.4 The Gift shall be provided subject to availability.

2.5 In the event of unforeseen circumstances and at Reachdesk’s sole discretion, Reachdesk reserves the right:

  • (a) to substitute an alternative prize of equivalent or greater value; and/or
  • (b) in exceptional circumstances, to amend, suspend, or cancel the Offer without prior notice.

2.6 No cash alternative shall be available for the Gift.

2.7 Reachdesk may not provide technical support related to the redemption or receipt of the Gift.

  1. Data
    Participants consent to the data they share being processed for the purposes of administering the competition and for marketing purposes by Reachdesk. The processing of personal data shall be done pursuant to Reachdesk’s privacy policy found here: https://reachdesk.com/policy-center#privacy-policy

  2. Limitation of Liability
    Reachdesk does not accept any liability for any damage, loss, injury, or disappointment suffered by the Participant as a result of participating in the Offer, save that Reachdesk does not exclude its liability for death or personal injury as a result of its own negligence.

  3. Miscellaneous
    These Terms constitute the entire agreement between the Participant and Reachdesk with respect to its subject matter and supersede all prior proposals, understandings, and communications. Reachdesk reserves the right to cancel the offer or amend these Terms at any time, without prior notice. Reachdesk also reserves its right, at its sole discretion, to not carry out a demo with an individual. If any provision of these Terms is held invalid by a court with jurisdiction over the parties to these Terms, such provision will be deemed to be restated to reflect as nearly as possible the original intentions of the parties in accordance with applicable laws, and the remainder of these Terms will remain in full force and effect. These Terms and any disputes or claims arising out of or in connection with it, its subject matter or formation (including non-contractual disputes or claims) shall be governed by the laws of England and Wales and the parties submit to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts in England.

3.1 The selected winner will be contacted using the details provided during webinar registration.

3.2 In order to receive the Gift, the winner may be required to provide accurate contact and delivery information to Reachdesk.

3.3 If the selected winner does not respond within a reasonable timeframe (14 days) specified by Reachdesk, Reachdesk reserves the right to select an alternative winner.

  1. Redemption
    Upon satisfying the eligibility criteria found in Clause 1 and subject to the provisions of these Terms, the Participant will receive a Gift. For the avoidance of doubt, the receipt of the Offer is subject to Participant providing accurate mailing information to Reachdesk.
