A new Reachdesk warehouse opens in Canada!

Why did Reachdesk open a new warehouse in Canada? Because we had nowhere else Toronto. We just love our Canadians too much. And what does Canada produce that no other country in the world can if not Canadians? 

Puns and jokes aside, when we say we want to power global, thoughtful, personalized direct mail and gifting campaigns anywhere in the world we really mean it. This is why we’re adding a new Canadian warehouse to our network to service our growing Canadian community. The new warehouse located in Toronto will allow Reachdesk customers around the globe to send direct mail and gifting campaigns to any location in Canada without having to pay for taxes or risking gifts getting stuck at customs. If you’re a Reachdesk customer you can rest assured your gifts will reach their recipients in time for hockey season. 

We know from experience that global gifting campaigns only work if you can provide a truly localized experience and for that, of course, you need to know the local culture. We’ve partnered with loved local brands and vendors in Canada to make the experience truly special for recipients. Thanks to our marketplace partners from Sweet Flour bakeshop you can send freshly baked cookies anywhere in Canada. Up to 4 business days.

How do I ship new inventory to the Canada warehouse?

You’ll create a shipping notice in the Reachdesk platform just as you do for shipments to any other Reachdesk warehouse! Here’s a refresher on how to create a shipping notice.

When can I start shipping new inventory to the Canada warehouse?

Today! You’ll now see the Canada warehouse as an option when you create a ship notice.

How do I move inventory from the US warehouse to the Canada warehouse?

To request your inventory to be moved, fill out this form and we will let you know how much it will cost.

Can I just leave all of my inventory at the US warehouse and ship to Canada from there?

No, we are currently unable to allow shipping from the US to Canada.

When will orders start shipping out of the EU warehouse?

We expect to be fully up and running by September 13th, 2021.

How long will it take for my order to ship out of the Canada warehouse?

Orders will ship within 2 business days of the order being placed.

How long will it take for my order to arrive?

3-7 days.
