Holiday Delivery Timing

‍Cut off dates will be displayed in the products description. In order to avoid the risk of products going out of stock during peak season we recommend ordering as early as possible.

‍Cut off date - The recommended last date to place an order to ensure your gift arrives before the holiday. Orders placed after this date may still be accepted but could arrive late.

‍Christmas orders

‍For Christmas themed gifts we recommend placing orders no later than the below:

USA & EU: On or before 8th December
UK: On or before 12th December
Rest of World: On or before 5th December

If you are sending via address confirmations then consider ordering earlier to account for the given last order dates to account for this. For example: If you have a 14 day confirmation window, your address confirmation email will need to be sent by November to meet the general shipping deadline.

Avoid OOS Issues During the Holiday Season

We highly recommend enabling Recipient's Choice for all holiday campaigns. With this feature activated, if a product goes out of stock (OOS), no action will be required from you. The recipient's choice feature offers recipients a choice to select a different gift of the same or lower value from our Marketplace as an alternative to the marketplace gift they were already ordered:
