ESG & Sustainability Statement

Our commitment

At Reachdesk, we believe the way we do business matters as much as the results we deliver. As a corporate gifting and direct-mail platform, we help businesses build relationships, and we want to do that responsibly, taking our environmental, social and governance responsibilities seriously and improving them year on year. We're building a company our people, customers and partners can be proud of.

Environment

We're working to understand and reduce our environmental footprint, across our offices, our digital infrastructure, and the sourcing, packaging and shipping of the gifts our platform sends. Our fulfilment network of warehouse partners across five regions lets us fulfil orders in-region and cut final-delivery transport distance; more than half of the gifts sent through our platform are digital, with no shipping at all; and recipient-confirmed sending means a physical gift ships only when it is wanted, cutting waste. Our platform runs on cloud infrastructure whose provider matched 100% of its electricity with renewable energy in 2025, our London workspace operates recycling schemes, and we are working with our packaging suppliers towards recyclable and responsibly sourced materials. We are re-establishing our carbon baseline and setting reduction targets, as described in our Environmental Policy.

Our people

Our people are at the heart of Reachdesk. We are committed to a diverse, inclusive and safe workplace where everyone can do their best work, to supporting employee wellbeing and development, and to upholding human rights across our operations and supply chain.

Governance and ethics

We hold ourselves to high standards of integrity and transparency. We operate a Code of Business Conduct & Ethics and Anti-Bribery & Corruption and Whistleblowing policies, and we take data protection and information security seriously, in line with UK GDPR and the Data Protection Act 2018, with our platform independently audited under SOC 2 Type II.

Responsible supply chain

As a business that sources and ships physical products, we expect our suppliers and partners to share our commitment to environmental responsibility, fair labour and ethical conduct, as set out in our Supplier Code of Conduct. We are committed to tackling modern slavery in our operations and supply chain, and we help customers meet their supplier-diversity goals.

Our journey

We're early in a deliberate journey. We have formalised our core policies and are embedding them, re-establishing our carbon footprint measurement, and pursuing independent ESG assessment. We will share our progress openly and update this statement as we go.
