Check sender and recipient gifting limits
Compare sends and spend with sender and recipient limits, and share exceptions in Slack.
When to use it
You have gifting rules, such as a quarterly allowance per rep or a cap per recipient, and want to check that sends stay within them. This is a review only. It can't enforce limits.
What your AI assistant does
- Confirms the limits you supply, the reporting period and the currency.
- Retrieves sends for the senders and/or recipients in scope, using a consistent status basis.
- Compares each sender's total with their allowance and/or each recipient's total with the per-recipient cap.
- Flags anyone over a limit or close to it, and tells you about data it can't check.
- Summarizes the results and sends the requested Slack alert.
