Prospecting & Active Deals
Find gifting opportunities in recent calls
Review recent call insights to find relevant gifting moments and recommend suitable Reachdesk gifts for your team.
When to use it
You want to turn recent customer or prospect calls into a short list of gifting opportunities, instead of reviewing calls one at a time.
What your AI assistant does
- Reviews available conversation notes, summaries or insights from Airspeed, Zoom, Gong or Apollo for the specified accounts and period, and flags coverage gaps.
- Looks for moments that merit a gift, such as a go-live, milestone or stated commitment, and includes supporting source links where available.
- Verifies each suggested recipient and owner in Salesforce or HubSpot, and flags unclear matches.
- Checks recent Reachdesk sends and eligible Reachdesk campaigns, then suggests one Reachdesk gift per opportunity within your budget.
- Ranks the recommendations, shares the requested Slack messages and prepares chosen gifts for confirmation.
Example prompt
Ready-to-use prompt
Review available conversation notes, summaries or insights from [Airspeed, Zoom, Gong or Apollo] for [accounts] during [period, e.g. last week]. Find up to three specific moments where a thoughtful Reachdesk gift would be timely and useful. With Gong, ask focused account or deal questions rather than requesting a raw call list.
Look for opportunities to:
- Celebrate a documented achievement: a promotion, new role, team expansion, funding announcement, successful pilot, go-live or project milestone.
- Thank someone for a specific contribution: arranging an introduction, bringing colleagues into a workshop, completing onboarding work, sharing feedback, joining a reference call or speaking at an event.
- Support an upcoming interaction: a discovery call, demo, hands-on evaluation, training session, planning workshop, event meeting or renewal conversation.
- Reconnect around a real change: a paused project restarting, an agreed follow-up date arriving, a new stakeholder joining or a previously discussed blocker being resolved.
- Personalize using something the recipient explicitly shared: a hobby, favorite snack or drink, or a personal celebration. Don't infer interests or sensitive personal details.
Treat these as starting points, not a checklist. For each candidate, identify who said what, when, the recipient, the gifting purpose and why now. Separate confirmed events from future plans. Rank by strength of evidence, timing and relationship relevance. A routine meeting or vague positive comment isn't enough on its own; explain what makes the gift meaningful. Return fewer than three if the evidence is weak. Include supporting source links where available and flag missing context.
Use [Salesforce or HubSpot] to confirm the contact, owner and country. Check recent Reachdesk sends to avoid duplicate gifts. Recommend one eligible Reachdesk gift and one alternative per opportunity within [budget and currency], explaining how each connects to the moment. Show prices in my preferred Reachdesk currency. Use only official product images returned by Reachdesk, or omit images.
Post one concise message per opportunity to [Slack channel], with the account, recipient, country, evidence, gifting purpose, timing, recommended gift and alternative, prices, associated campaign IDs and source links where available. Include supported links to continue sending or find alternatives in [AI assistant]; don't invent links. Prepare a gift only after I choose it, and wait for my confirmation before sending.
