When to use it
You have an approved event brief and recipient list in Notion or Asana and want Reachdesk gift recommendations for the event.
What your AI assistant does
- Reads the approved brief and recipient list from Notion, or the equivalent Asana project.
- Recommends eligible Reachdesk gifts that fit the event objective, recipient countries and budget, with a reason for each.
- Flags missing fields, duplicate recipients, eligibility questions and content it can't access.
- Recommends Reachdesk gifts and drafts notes within the rules of the approved brief.
- Prepares your chosen sends for confirmation. It won't create campaigns or schedule unattended sends.
