Prospecting & Active Deals

Re-engage a stalled opportunity

Use CRM stage history and call insights to decide whether a gift could restart a useful conversation.

When to use it

An open deal has been in the same stage for 30 days or more, and you want to understand the blocker before choosing a follow-up.

What your AI assistant does

  1. Finds deals that have sat in the same stage for at least 30 days in Salesforce or HubSpot, and flags where stage history is missing.
  2. For the deal you choose, uses available conversation notes, summaries or insights from Airspeed, Zoom, Gong or Apollo to identify blockers and agreed next steps.
  3. Uses one CRM and one call source, and points out coverage gaps rather than assuming their histories match.
  4. Checks the recipient, recent Reachdesk sends, eligible Reachdesk campaigns and your budget.
  5. Recommends a Reachdesk gift only if it fits, drafts a follow-up, and asks for your confirmation before sending.

Example prompt

Ready-to-use prompt
Use [Salesforce or HubSpot] to find open deals that have been in the same stage for at least 30 days. Use stage-change dates or history, and tell me if they're missing rather than using last-modified dates instead. For the deal I choose, use available conversation notes, summaries or insights from [Airspeed, Zoom, Gong or Apollo] to summarize blockers and agreed next steps. Include supporting source links where available and flag missing context. If a gift makes sense, check recent Reachdesk sends and recommend three Reachdesk gifts within [budget and currency] for the recipient's country. Draft a follow-up message and prepare my chosen gift for confirmation. Don't update CRM records.
