🌟 New sending experience

At Reachdesk we always strive to create an intuitive platform that our customers love using. Over the past few months, we’ve sat down with customers, heard their feedback, and focused on creating a better usability experience for our users, which led to the recent launch of a new sending experience.

With this update, sending gifts through Reachdesk is now easier than ever. The new sending experience allows you to:

• Browse gifts more easily based on your preferences
• View alternative gifts if your initial selection is unavailable
• Sort gifts based on recent sends for easy resends

✨ Prompt-based gift note recommendations

In March, we launched the first installment of Reachdesk AI, Gift Note Recommendations. And now we’re making those recommendations even more unique by including optional prompts that add an additional layer of context and personalization to your sends. This means that if you are a customer success manager congratulating one of your champions - who happens to be an F1 fan - for their recent promotion, your gift note can look like this

Look for the magic wand (🪄) next to the "✨ Generate" button to add more context to your send or campaign—e.g., "Thanks for connecting on LinkedIn" or "Congrats on your promotion." Reachdesk AI will use that contextual prompt to generate hyper-personalized messages, helping you increase the success of your sends.

Similarly to Reachdesk AI gift note recommendations, our AI-powered email recommendations can be translated into any language, allowing for even more personalization and putting your recipients first.

• Block recipient emails and domains for an additional layer of security and compliance. 
• Update default and required settings in campaigns - Improved efficiency and reduce errors when it comes to campaign creation
• Filter sends from landing pages on the Sends page - We’ve introduced a new filter in the Sends page to filter sends from landing pages.
• Add Overview, Access and Sync gift activity sections in campaign pages - UI tweaks to campaign build process.
• Send pending sends email summary instead of one email per pending send - Campaign creator and the sender now receive an email summary of all their pending sends.
• Add Gift Settings section to Bundle and Marketplace campaigns - UI tweak to campaigns page
• View Redeem / address confirmation links in the Sends Page for email sends - You can now access redeem / address confirmation links in the sends tab.
