Book meetings with event registrants

Invite registered event attendees to book a meeting, supported by a relevant Reachdesk gift recommendation.

When to use it

An event is coming up and you want to contact registrants who do not yet have a meeting booked with your team. Connect Calendly, Chili Piper or Cal.com to check bookings and find the right booking link for the salesperson or team.

What your AI assistant does

  1. Confirms event registration records in the CRM and checks bookings in Calendly, Chili Piper or Cal.com by contact email.
  2. Finds registrants without a booked meeting and excludes internal contacts and unclear records.
  3. Flags customers and active deals for owner review, then checks country and recent Reachdesk sends.
  4. Finds the right booking link for the assigned salesperson or team, recommends eligible Reachdesk gifts and drafts an invitation.
  5. Shows the list and costs by currency, then prepares chosen gifts for confirmation.
