Lead Generation

Find the right stakeholder at a target account

Pair CRM account context with verified research to find a relevant stakeholder and prepare a thoughtful first touch.

When to use it

You have a target account in your CRM but need to confirm the right stakeholder before choosing a gift.

What your AI assistant does

  1. Reviews the account, existing contacts, owner and contact roles in Salesforce or HubSpot.
  2. Uses Apollo, Clay, ZoomInfo, 6sense, UserGems or Demandbase to find up to three relevant stakeholders, using available role, prospect-ranking or buying-group information.
  3. Verifies current roles, flags missing information or unconfigured buying groups, and asks before paid research or contact unlocks.
  4. Checks Reachdesk history, eligible campaigns, your budget and the confirmed delivery country.
  5. Drafts a relevant note and prepares your chosen gift for confirmation, without changing CRM records.

Example prompt

Ready-to-use prompt
Review [target account] in [Salesforce or HubSpot]: existing contacts, record owner and contact roles where available. Then use [Apollo, Clay, ZoomInfo, 6sense, UserGems or Demandbase] to find up to three people matching [role criteria] and verify their current roles. Use available prospect rankings or buying-group information to explain each choice; flag missing data or configuration. Don't treat account-level intent as an individual's activity or call someone a decision-maker without evidence. Ask before paid research or contact unlocks, don't infer personal interests, and don't write anything back to the CRM. For the person I choose, confirm their country, check recent Reachdesk sends, and recommend three eligible Reachdesk gifts within [budget and currency] with a short note. Prepare my chosen gift for confirmation.
